Review the gaps
Evaluate relevant programs, records, hazards, and work practices.
An inspection, audit, or safety-program gap? We review the requirements and workplace conditions, then help you plan corrective action.
We confirm the scope, location, and appropriate specialist support before scheduling.

Evaluate relevant programs, records, hazards, and work practices.
Connect documented findings with applicable requirements and practical corrections.
Agree on program, training, corrective-action, or verification support.
A clear record your facilities, operations, or EHS team can use.
Our report example shows how field observations become findings, recommendations, and a way to verify completion.
The problem
Many organizations discover compliance gaps after an injury, employee complaint, customer audit, insurance review, or OSHA inspection. The weakness may be a missing program, but it may also be a mismatch between the written procedure and the work employees actually perform.
Prudence evaluates both the management system and field implementation so corrective action addresses the underlying risk—not just the paperwork.
What we evaluate

How we work
We identify the requirements that are relevant to the facility, processes, hazards, and workforce before scoring conditions.
Written programs, records, inspections, training documentation, assessments, and supporting records are reviewed against applicable requirements.
We observe workplace conditions and employee practices to determine whether documented controls are actually implemented.
Findings are prioritized by employee exposure, potential severity, regulatory significance, frequency, and the practicality of corrective action.
Requirements in practice
A compliance review may involve OSHA general-industry standards in 29 CFR Part 1910, construction requirements in Part 1926, or other standards depending on the work. Rather than filling the website or report with a generic standards list, Prudence ties the applicable requirement directly to the observed condition and recommended correction.
Where a consensus standard—not a regulation—provides the technical benchmark, we say so. For example, emergency eyewash and shower performance may be evaluated against ANSI/ISEA Z358.1 when it is the appropriate project criterion.
Corrective action
Prudence can support written-program development, job hazard analyses, exposure assessments, training, PPE evaluations, respiratory-protection elements, corrective-action tracking, and follow-up verification. The goal is an accountable path from finding to closure.
OSHA inspection & complaint support
When an employer is responding to a complaint, inspection, or cited condition, Prudence can assist with technical document review, field assessment, exposure evaluation, corrective-action development, and verification of completed controls. Legal advice is outside our scope; where legal interpretation or representation is required, we coordinate with the client's counsel.
